These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website service-acaciacore.click and advisory services provided by Acacia Core Consulting Pty Ltd (“Acacia Core”, “we”, “us”), registered in Australia.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Services

Acacia Core provides business consulting focused on cash flow planning, business stability advisory, and working capital reviews. Service scope, fees, and deliverables are defined in a written engagement letter or email confirmation after a scoping call.

Our advice is general and based on information you supply. We do not provide legal, tax lodgement, insolvency, or regulated financial product advice unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Website use

You may view and download content for personal business reference. You may not scrape, republish, or commercially redistribute site content without permission.

Enquiry forms are for legitimate business contact. Do not submit false information or unlawful content.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, methodologies, templates, and materials delivered during engagements remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You receive a licence to use deliverables for your internal business purposes.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate financial information promptly, maintain confidentiality of login or meeting links we provide, and implement decisions with your accountant, lawyer, or other advisers as appropriate.

6. Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in Australian dollars. Invoices are payable within fourteen days unless otherwise stated. Late payment may pause work and attract reasonable recovery costs permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim arising from services or site use is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including lost profit, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from inaccurate information you provide or your misuse of deliverables outside agreed scope.

9. Confidentiality

We treat client financial information as confidential within our team. You agree not to disclose our proprietary templates or internal methodologies to third parties without consent.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a fixed engagement per the engagement letter. Retainers require notice as specified in writing. Fees for work completed to date remain payable.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Queensland, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this site. Material changes apply from the posted date.
