Refund Policy

This policy applies to fees paid to Acacia Core Consulting Pty Ltd for cash flow planning, business stability advisory, working capital reviews, and related consulting engagements.

Overview

Advisory work is time-based and prepared specifically for your business. Refund eligibility depends on engagement type, work completed, and timing of cancellation.

Fixed consultations (cash flow planning, working capital review)

Before work begins: If you cancel at least five business days before the first scheduled working session and we have not substantially prepared materials, we refund fees paid minus a $150 administration charge.

After work begins: Fees are non-refundable for sessions already delivered. For partially completed fixed engagements, we may refund the portion attributable to undelivered sessions minus costs already incurred, calculated at our standard session rates.

No-show: Missing a scheduled session without twenty-four hours notice forfeits that session fee.

Monthly stability advisory retainer

Cancellation: Retainers require six months minimum as stated at engagement start. After the minimum term, either party may end with thirty days written notice.

Refunds: Monthly fees are not refunded for months in which sessions were available and offered. If we cancel a month without providing the contracted session, that month’s fee is credited or refunded.

Deposits

If a deposit was taken to secure scheduling, it is applied to the engagement fee. Deposits are refundable under the same rules as fixed consultations if cancellation occurs before preparation begins.

Non-refundable items

• Completed advisory sessions and delivered reports or cash maps.
• Third-party costs paid on your behalf with prior approval.
• Administration charges for late cancellation within five business days of session one when preparation has started.

Rescheduling

One reschedule per session with at least twenty-four hours notice is included at no charge. Additional reschedules or short-notice changes may incur a $120 fee.

How to request a refund

Email info@service-acaciacore.click with your name, engagement reference or invoice number, and reason for the request. We respond within five business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days.

Disputes

We aim to resolve concerns directly. If unresolved, you may pursue remedies available under Australian consumer law where applicable.
